Figured Red Maple.  Sometimes called curly, or "tiger" Maple.  Wood fibers weave up and down along the wood surface giving it a stunning "ribbon" figure.  Hand rubbed, waterproof poly finish. Top is approx 1" thick and spins on a heavy-duty, low profile base. Total height is approx 1-3/4".
